No one is exactly sure on where The Manifest came from, or what They really are. These artifacts were discovered in an undisclosed location somewhere on Terra.
Recently, intensive research has revealed a possible connection with The Manifest to the lost city of Atlantis. The words “Grey Voice”, which we assume is a name, appear in Atlantean hieroglyphs on every Manifest discovered thus far, and much study and debate goes into understanding its significance.
